Easy Replacement Policy - 7 Days – Damaged Items.

If your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us on Whatsapp with photos/videos of the damage.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

A few things to note:

Items should be unused and in original packaging.

We can offer a replacement if the item is in stock, or provide a refund.

We’re currently unable to accept returns on items that are not damaged, but we’d be happy to discuss other ways to help.

Slight color variations due to screen settings may occur.
