Easy Replacement Policy (7 Days – Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We want you to love what you receive. 💛

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email and include clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange either:
A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
A full refund if a replacement is not available.

Please note:

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.

Natural variations in handmade products are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
